Continuous Improvement
Younglove strives to continuously improve all aspects of the company's performance. In jobsite safety, for example, Younglove decreased jobsite accidents by 55% in four years. Also, its Experience Modification Rate, which is a measure of job safety, has fallen from 1.05 in 1993 to 0.76 in 2007. An EMR below 1.0 is considered excellent.
